What we collect

Anything you send us yourself, such as your name, email address and whatever you tell us about your business.
Standard server information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and the pages you opened.
Booking details if you schedule a call through our calendar.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to run the call, and to keep the site working. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services listed below.

Who else sees it

We keep this list as short as we can:

Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
Zoho Mail, which handles our email.
Our booking calendar, if you use it to schedule a call.

Some of these store data outside Switzerland. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses for the transfer.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets only the cookies needed to make it work. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on it.

If you later add Meta Pixel, Google Ads or any analytics tool, this section has to name it and you will need a cookie banner that lets visitors decline before it loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
