We have room for four new clients this quarter in Lucerne and Zürich

Omnilex AG

A funded Zürich legal AI startup, competing against far bigger US and UK budgets. No measurement, no paid acquisition, and positioning that sounded like every other legal AI tool on the market. I built the whole function from zero.

One message, four languages. Written natively in each rather than translated, because a lawyer in Lausanne and one in Lugano do not read the same sentence the same way.

The work

Tracking first

A Google Tag Manager setup and conversion tracking that follows a paid click through to a booked demo and a started trial. Nothing else ran until this did.

Google Search

A German-language search campaign built on the terms buyers actually type, not the ones the category uses.

LinkedIn, four languages

Four ad sets in English, German, French and Italian, aimed at legal decision makers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Positioning

Moved off the citation claim everyone else was making and onto living legal commentary. A deliberate decision not to fight the bigger players on speed.

Founder channel

From the shoot brief through the edit to the thumbnail, the title and the LinkedIn clips.

Brand and design system

Built alongside the founders and the in-house designer, so everything shipped looked like one company.

Banners

Three treatments of one line, so the same claim could run dark, mono or light without redrawing it each time.

Results, in numbers.

Client campaign data stays confidential, so this is the shape of what was built rather than screenshots of their account.
